“Our Youth are the future for our city, nation, and world. Therefore, we must pray for them daily. We must intercede. As believers, we declare that our Youth are the righteousness of God! We declare that they walk in obedience and they are growing in the wisdom and stature of the Lord.
Father, we want to lift up the teens and youth to you. We pray Lord that each of them will know that they are wonderfully and fearfully made.
Father, we pray that in their search for their sense of identity, they will come to know that each of them are Your masterpiece in Christ Jesus, created to do good works that You have prepared in advance for them to do.
Touch the hearts of our Youth and remind them not to defile themselves with the ways of the world through fornication, lying, stealing, alcohol and drug abuse and other worldly things. Help them to make the right choices and activate Your fruit of the Spirit in their lives. Please protect them and bless them at school and at their jobs.
Father, as they go about in their studies and life, we pray that You will bring mentors into their lives to affirm the gifts that You have placed in them. Help us parents to be attune to these gifts in their lives and give us wisdom and courage to prod them on the path to discover the calling You have for them.
Thank You Father. We give you all of the honor and all of the glory. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
